CSM Evan Lewandowski

CSM Evan Lewandowski hails from Daytona Beach FL. He entered the United States Army in October 2000 and attended One Station Unit Training in Fort Knox, KY. Upon completion of One Station Unit Training (OSUT), obtaining the MOS 19D and Airborne School. CSM Lewandowski served in every leadership position form Team Leader to BDE Command Sergeant Major and Ranger Instructor.
CSM Lewandowski’s assignments include Delta Troop 1st Battalion 509th Infantry Regiment Fort Polk, Louisiana, Where he served as OPFOR for the Joint Readiness Training Center. Alpha Troop 1st Squadron 17th Cavalry Regiment, 5th Squadron 73rd Cavalry Regiment, HHC 2nd BN 505th Infantry Regiment Fort Bragg North Carolina, and 4th BN Ranger Training Brigade, and The United States Sergeants Major Academy Fort Bliss Texas, and 1st Squadron, 40th Cavalry Regiment Command Sergeant Major, and 4th Brigade 25th IBCT (ABN) BDE Command Sergeant Major.
CSM Lewandowski deployed August 2005 with Bravo Troop 5-73 Cav in Support of humanitarian efforts in New Orleans LA.; twice with 5-73 Cav in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2006-2007 to the Diyala River Valley and 2008-2009 to Baghdad; and once to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve with 2nd BN 505th PIR, and once to Paktiya Province Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom Sentinel.
CSM Lewandowski’s military and civilian education includes all levels of the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development System, Basic Leadership Development Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Course, Senior Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Course, and United States Sergeants Major Academy class 66. He also completed Airborne School, Air Assault School, Pathfinder School, Jumpmaster School, Rappel Master Course, Combatives level II, Master Resilience Training Course, Tactical Instructors Course and Master Jump Master Course, Battle Staff, CWOC, and completed an Associates in Science from Daytona Beach State College.
CSM Lewandowski’s awards and decorations include: Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal (2 OLC), Meritorious Service Medal (1 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (5 OLC and C device), Army Achievement Medal (7 OLC), Army Good Conduct Medal (6th Award) , National Defense Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal with three campaign stars, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with one campaign star, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary medal, Humanitarian service medal, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon w/ Numeral 5, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon w/numeral 2, NATO Ribbon, Combat Action Badge, Master Parachutists Badge, Air Assault Badge, Pathfinder Badge and Ranger Tab. CSM Lewandowski is inducted into the Order of Saint George, Order of Saint Maurice, and Order of Saint Barbara.
CSM Lewandowski is married to his wife Melissa and three children Joshua, Samantha, and Wyatt Lewandowski.
